Pattern: Aspasia

Aspasia by Meghan Jones is a simple geometric lace stole designed to work expertly with a variegated yarn and short color repeats. A combination of biased eyelets and mock cables are worked in an unusual rectangular shape in the round. The short ends are worked with a large increasing diagonal line pattern, and then decreased to a point back and forth after the main body of the shawl. Adorned with a simple border, this stole is wide enough to cover the shoulders and long enough to be wrapped around the neck twice.

The Aspasia Pattern includes:

  • Complete materials and yarn requirements list
  • Large easy-to-read charts
  • Detailed written pattern instructions
  • Full color photos
  • Notes page for keeping track of your progress and/or modifications
  • This pattern is a 6-page downloadable and printable digital PDF.
