The Biellese Shawl by Corrina Ferguson is worked by knitting a side-ways two-tone ruffle. The ruffle is worked with the simplest of short rows, no intarsia, no troubles! Then you pick up and stitches and work the slip-stitch body in alternating bands of color. The shawl blocks out to a shoulder-hugging half-circle shape to wrap you up in gorgeous color!
