Pattern: Cornflower Shawl

The Cornflower Shawl by Jen Lucas is a simple lace shawl, that’s easy to customize to the size you like. Worked sideways and on the bias, the piece starts with just seven stitches. Increases are worked along the top edge of the shawl, while decreases are worked along the bottom edge, causing the fabric to bias. The lace pattern is worked over 24 rows, but with a garter ridge worked every sixth row, you can work the shawl to desired size. The Cornflower Shawl is worked with one 600-yard cake of gradient fingering-weight yarn but would be lovely in a solid-colored yarn or worked in mini-skeins.

The Cornflower Shawl Pattern includes:

  • Complete materials and yarn requirements list
  • Detailed written pattern instructions
  • Written Instructions for charts
  • Full color photos
  • Notes page for keeping track of your progress and/or modifications
  • This pattern is a 4-page downloadable and printable digital PDF.
